City of Coppel!

Dear Jim:
Thank you for your letter of December 16, 1980, concerning the preliminary
cost breakdown for Esters Road. I am returning a copy of this letter indicating
our acceptance of the formula used for cost distribution and the schedule for the
completion of the improvements.
The only two comments I have with the proposal is the cost of 7% for engineering
design services, as it has been our practice to never have to pay more than 6% for a
job of this size. The other question that I have is the width of the roadway of 22
feet. It has been our practice to install 24 feet back to back.
Again, thanks for your quick response to this issue, and I trust that you will
get concurrence from the other property owners to allow you to proceed as rapidly
as possible with this project.
Yours truly,
Ronald D. Richards/fk~
