Bethel Road, Coppell, Texas Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gray: The City of Coppell is, at the present time, making plans to develop the existing area to the west of your property for industrial use. Minyard's Food Stores of Dallas will shortly begin construction of a large facility on approximately 65 acres of land near the intersection of West Bethel Road and Esters Road. During the early part of 1981, the Texas Highway Department will open Interstate 635 just south of this facility. In connection with these items, the City of Coppell plans to reconstruct Esters Road from West Bethel Road south to its intersection with Interstate 635. In order to drain the road properly, the existing creek which crosses your property must be improved. Enclosed for your review is a map of the existing creek and the proposed improvements. Since this project will help all citizens, the city has planned to fund these improvements. All that we will be requesting from land owners, is that they grant the city the ease- ments required. As you may see, the proposed improvements would not remove or interfere with any of the existing improvements on your property. Please advise me if this meets with your approval so that I may instruct our engineers to prepare the proper field notes for your execution.
