Jason,
You need to get your erosion control fixed, We have asked you several times and 1 week ago I sent you an
email to get this taken care of, we have had several rain events since then. The streets should be clean,
the inlets need protection and the silt fence in the back needs to be repaired. I am giving you until 5:00pm
tomorrow Feb. 17th to get this fixed before code enforcement begins to issue tickets. According to our erosion
control ordinance it is a $500 fine for each day that it is not fixed.
