Re: Bethel-Beltline-Esters Project
Dear Mr. Shook:
As per your letter dated January 8, 1980, I am enclosing the following:
1. Agreement for engineering services dated October 9, 1979, and
approved by the city council on the same date.
2. Work Order No. COP - 2 for engineering services on Esters Road dated
November 9, 1979, and approved by myself on the same date.
3. This is to certify that the City of Coppell will reimburse the contract
for all invoices received from Hogan & Rasor, Inc. as per the enclosed
agreements.
I have instructed Hogan & Rasor, Inc. to affix the standard Dallas County approval
block on all drawings prepared under this work order. As soon as preliminary plans
are complete, they have been instructed to forward to you two sets of prints for
your review and comments. Upon the completion of the final plans, the city will
request that you once again review the plans and should the plans meet your
approval, affix your signature in the approval block as provided.
