(McMahon) to construct all improvements related to the new Freeport Parkway Road Addition project. During the bidding phase, we received unit pricing from McMahon to perform road repairs to the existing Freeport Parkway Road for the City of Coppell (City) in accordance with the pavement repair plan and specifications provided by your office. Per your request, we are providing you with the following total project cost information along with unit pricing from Mr,Mahon to perform repairs on the existing road: McMahon Contracting Inc.'s Total Contract Amount for Freeport Parkway Road Addition: $2,216,984 McMahon Contracting Inc.'s unit price for road repairs: $59.04 sy Duke -Weeks Construction Management Fee with no involvement with repairs contract 0% Duke -Weeks Construction Management Fee to manage repairs contract 3% to 5% Based on our previous conversation, the contracting format to perform the repairs work will still need to be determined. Should the City of Coppell contract directly with McMahon Contracting to do the repairs with no involvement by Duke - Weeks, we obviously would not seek a construction management fee. However, should the contracting format require that Duke -Weeks contract with McMahon and/or the City of Coppell, to manage the contractor and fund his pay applications, we would seek a construction management fee of 3% to 5 %. The actual fee amount would be determined pending the contract and payment terms between the City and Duke - Weeks.
