Dear Mr. Griffin,
Our traffic control plan for construction sequencing requires combining four lanes of
traffic into two lanes for the duration of construction. This will undoubtedly move some
Of the existing traffic- industrial area and construction- over to Beltline. The greatest
displacement of traffic will probably be the morning and afternoon school traffic.
I was anticipating starting construction in May. However, it may be wiser to wait until
school is out on May 31 before setting up the detours.
I respectfully request that the City of Coppell delay the start date on this project until
Monday, June 4.
