Mr. Griffin,
I have marked the pavement per the project map in the effort to define the 37 anticipated repair
areas. Most of the areas were easy to define. However, several are slightly smaller or larger. My
measurements are compared on the attached schedule. Those which differ are marked. There are
quite a few more areas which are not marked for repair which may be as bad as those that are
marked. ;be A.
We anticipate construction to begin on Monday, rch 1 . I would appreciate someone from the
City of Coppell verify the marked removal limits o we start sawing.
A traffic control plan for three phases of construction is being prepared and will be submitted as
well as concrete mix designs and property �notice �o your consideration this week.
