Yes they can use the original impact fee for the 5/8 meter, I'm ok with building inspections issuing a
permit but they can't issue a CO until they replace the meters

I guess it's OK to use the older assessment, but I don't think they can pull any permits from BI unless they
have done what they were supposed to for final approval from Engineering. See the conditional final
approval letter attached.

They actually wanted their first permit but Michael H. said he didn't have the fees and approval from ya'll
to release it yet. I asked if they were going with the 1" or the 5/8" and he said 5/8". The original builder
wanted the 1" and they changed to 5/8" when they took it over. At least that's what he said.
