RE: Paving and Drainage Improvements on

Dear Hr. Sloan:
In accordance with our telephone conversation on Honday, November 19,
1979, we have momentarily stopped our design of the proposed Improve-
ments on Esters Road. As you know, thls was brought about because of
the two (2) foot descrepancy In elevations between our field information
and yours. We have since checked our fleld elevation and found them
to be correct. You also Indicated that a check of your fleld work has
been made and you found It to be In error, especially towards the north-
east corner of Hinyard~s property. At this polnt, we will wait to
hear and receive from you, your revised topo and layout sheet for the
proposed improvements to Hlnyard Warehouse so that we may continue
with our paving and dralnage design on Esters Road.
