Dear Shohre:
Attached please find two revised sets of plans for the above referenced project along
with the City's previous mark-ups. Comments have been addressed by revision to the plans
or noted on the mark-ups. I have the following additional comments.
1. Submission of landscape/irrigation plans has been addressed in previ~msly
submitted correspondence (attached).
2. Utilities companies signed off on required easements by plat in July '90.
3. Sidewalks shall be constructed when the city deem necessary as stated on plat.
4. Prentiss wishes to install a 12" water line along Southwestern Drive from
Coppell Road to Executive as shown on previous plans.
I would be happy to meet to discuss any aspects of the project in order to expedite
the review process.
