Tom,
We'll get you a letter by the end of the week. I believe Mike Garza sent you a fee estimate some time
ago. As far as I know, those fees are still accurate. The proposal we have discussed is a credit against
development fees that you would have had to pay, specifically roadway impact fees, and costs
associated with the traffic signal and turn bay that will serve your development. The maximum credit
available is of course the value of the land that was dedicated for the widening of Sandy Lake Road.
The available credit can not be used to offset water or wastewater fees, or park fees.

I have not received anything yet from the city in regards to our fees. Next week we are
having surveyor Rodney Martinez
get everything ready so we can file. We have until early February to get this done so
please let us know asap.
