Attached is an exhibit of the Summer Place area with the trees shown. The sidewalk on the north side of the
road is very close to the trees that have been in question. I am going to place the walk east of Summer Place
along the back of curb and make it smaller around the trees as necessary so that we can get the sidewalk
through this area (not shown on the exhibit). West of Summer Place, I will place the walk behind the trees and
route around the power pole (as shown unhatched). We will be close to the trunk and may end up damaging
the trees in the long run. We have also looked at moving the walk behind the trees, but we will be equally as
close and will be dodging power poles. The trees were not in our last submittal or I would have noticed this
earlier. Do you have a different preference on how we should address this?
