Dear Ms. Lein,
On behalf of the home owners and residents of Summer Place, please accept the attached petitions
signed by; one hundred and three, (103) petitioners, lending their collective voices in opposition to
the planned installation of above ground power/utility lines adjacent to W. Sandy Lake Rd., Coppell
TX.

In addition to the Summer Place opposition to this issue five (5), additional petitions of similar
content and volume are currently being circulated to the residents on either side of W. Sandy Lake
Rd. from; Denton Tap to Old Coppell Rd. In total, it is expected there will be more than five
hundred (500) such petitions/signatures in opposition to ONCOR’s position, delivered to ONCOR and
the City of Coppell.
It is the petitioners position that such facilities be installed underground in a manner visually similar
to the installation currently in place along the north side of Sandy Lake Rd. in front of the; Sprouts
W. Sandy Lake, Rd, Weichert, Realtors located at; 202 W.
Farmers Market, located at; 11
0 and
Sandy Lake, Rd, Coppell, Texas.
Approval of such an easement where required by the property owners along will
W. Sandy Lake Rd.,
be subject to and conditioned upon:
1.All power/utility lines, cables and associated equipment being buried at a depth that will
not interfere with use of the surface area for general irrigation, landscaping, driveways,
sidewalks, streets, sewer lines, masonry walls, etc.;
2.are to be buried underground from a point at the Westerly property line of the Weichert,
Realtors located at; 202 W. Sandy Lake, Rd, Coppell, Texas, to a point west of the
intersection of; Old Coppell Rd and W. Sandy Lake Rd., Coppell, Texas.
3.An additional effort is to be made by ONCOR / City of Coppell to prevent any further
damage to the large trees located directly in front of the Summer Place subdivision.
4.Installation of such equipment to be completed prior to the end of June 2012.
