North Texas Contracting, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "NTC" offers to
furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for the performance of
the following described work in connection with construction or
improvements at "Coppell Southwestern Blvd. Improvements", which
property is owned by "City of Coppell". All work will be performed in
accordance with this proposal for the considerations shown:

SPECIFICS OF THIS PROPOSAL:
1. Thls "Budget" unit price proposal is for removal and replacment of
concrete pavement as outlined on the attached drawing. A final proposal
wil! be submitted upon confirmation of scope and quanitities. Thls
proposal assumes concrete paving as per City of Coppell standard
specifications. No Bonds have been included in the cost of this
project.
2. This proposal assumes project to be tax exempt. We h~ve inc]uded the
cost for taxes on the unincorporated materials only. City to provide
exemption certificate.
3. This proposal includes removal of existing concrete, excavation to
subgrade, placing 6" crushed concrete flex base unde~ new pavement and
reconstructing radius and median as per drawing.
4. The drawing shows an existing GTE telephone box. No removal or
relocation of this box is included. NTC will coordinate this work with
City ~ersonnel. No conduitin~ is included.
5. This proposal does not include any landscape work, resodding or
irrigation repair on public or private property.

6. Concrete for pavement is proposed as 650 flex using #3 steel on 24"
centers as per city of coppell specifications. No median paving is
shown on drawing. This proposal does not include any median paving or
concrete pavers. Thickened concrete median nose is included in this
proposal,
7. This proposal does not include any relocation of existing gas meter.
This Proposal Excludes: - Testing, staking or inspection iees o~ any kind.
- Bonds or permits.
- Support or relocation o~ existing utilities.
- Traffic buttons or stiping of any kind.
