Gentlemen-
I know Mike got my letter of explanation for the delay in handling the preliminary letter concerning the sale of
ROW on above property.
I had trouble filling out the W-9 form so I talked with a City financial guru and received clarification.
I just finished talking with my CPA and he said that I need a letter from you stating that this sale was brought
about because the right of eminent domain. That the uncontested purchase was just one of the options in the
eminent domain process. He is of the opinion that this will either eliminate or greatly reduce my taxes.
I am sure that an email will suffice.
Your help would be appreciated.
