are no tangible steps to take yet.
If during your routine project efforts with the utilities you see any opportunity that might interest us either in

Keith…before I initiate contact or make any requests, we should agree on who and how the request is initiated.
Since Amcat is a ‘future’ player we have no authority to instruct/direct work on the property, only to indicate
where mutual cost or improvement benefits might exist.
We need to have some agreement on where any benefit (i.e. moving gas meter, burying entrance facilities,
etc.) meshes with the current work under way.
Should I make the request to you who directs Oncor and Atmos and based on level of effort, expense, etc, we
agree/decide on whether the changes are of universal benefit (to city, to Amcat, to project goals) or whether it
is best to defer changes to after the property transfer?
I see this as a similar issue we discussed about the resulting plat and what if any property line resolution might
be required between the city and adjacent property directly to the south (City has more room to resolve than
private entity…).

The Oncor contact is Larry Reddick. His office phone is 972-323-8917, cell is 972-890-3479.
Atmos is tricky. The typical project manager is George Long, 972-571-4115, but this gas line is being relocated,
and if the meter were to be moved with that project, it might fall to Michael
Wisniewski at 972-233-2563.
