I have copied Keith on this email to answer the question about the right-of-way for S. Coppell Rd.
As far as the water tower site, I think we need a little room around the pad site in order to be able to work on
the water tower, but it doesn't have to be a significant amount. Keith, any thoughts on this issue?

I am sending a crew back to the site tomorrow morning to look for a few more property corners,
and hopefully set the final corners. Do you know if the City is going to take additional ROW for S.
Coppell Road, and if so how much? Also, is there a preference on how large we make the water tank
site, should we just go to the edge of the pavement on the Northern end?
We should have copies of the plat delivered to you this week.

I left you a message a few weeks ago. Any word on the plat? The group purchasing the buildings are getting
anxious and need the plat in order to prepare their site plan. They were hoping to meet the December 12th
submittal date.
