There is no fee, Mr. Palmer, but you may want to consider working one-on-one with a member of our
engineering staff to resolve questions and gather required documents prior to submitting the permit. All of our
engineers are Certified Floodplain Managers and each case is individually processed. Those are just two of the
reasons we have not posted the form on our website yet, but thanks for the fillable form template.

Is there a fee associated with this filing or simply submit the completed form to Engineering?
