Annette,
Will you please work up our 1 page agreement with the attached estimate and send to Keith Marvin with
the city of Coppell.
This is to go from Aerial to ug along Bethel Rd from just east of South Coppell Rd to Freeport Pkwy.
Keith,
Per our conversation, please let us know as soon as you would like us to proceed and we will invoice
actual after the project is completed. We really would like to get started on the engineering part of this as
soon as Richard Brewster gets us their plans (next week) so we know what 2 poles we need to riser on.
The sooner you give us the word the better as our work load is very busy over the next 2 months. We
would like to start turning dirt by the first week of September if at all possible.

Please check with Richard by the end of this week for Oncors plans for Bethel and Sandy Lake and make
arrangements to pick out our risers and get started on the engineering.
