This continues the diary of a construction site, written for residents of all
ages. In the top photo, along Bethel Road, storm sewer pipes must be con-
nected. In the middle photo, workers build a large box - shaped form above the
ground, out of wood and steel rebar. In the bottom photo, after lowering the
form into the pit, concrete is poured into it, which will flow into the shape needed
to connect the pipes.
