Jim, I'd like to invite your team into our offices to review documents rather than sending you copies. I'll have some of our
engineering staff present to answer any questions your team might have. On Tuesday, I'll compile a full list of document we
anticipate having for that meeting. If at all possible, we'll be ready for that meeting tomorrow, but I'll confirm as soon as I
can.

I would like to be involved. Do we know when the meeting is? Once we review the information, we
probably retain the services of an engineering firm who has expertise in dam construction. TCEQ
regulates dam construction and maintenance. It's possible that we could obtain a list of several firms in
this area from them.
