We don't own the dam at this time. We will not take ownership until the plant is removed sometime in
the next 0 -10 years. The only thing we currently own is the lake (without the dam) and a sliver of land
adjacent to a portion of Belt Line.

I've started looking into the dam planning requirements that go along with our new ownership of the
Northlake dam. Would you be the best point of contact for dam information? If so, I'd like to set up a
time to visit for a few minutes next week to look at the TCEQ requirements. Thanks.
