Ken,
Attached is an updated proposal for North lake work. Only changes are:
-upped the fee by an even 4%. That's what our raises have amounted to.
-added the boring plan so that it's clear we're using the agreed to by Luminant
This still leaves permitting and construction phase services off. For the first phase, you put this in your
standard contract. Will that be the same process here? I'm assuming that you'll need a new contract
rather than a change order given the magnitude, but I'm fine either way. How long do you think it will take
to go through your internal approval process and is there anything else you need from me?
