Thank you for calling me back quickly. As mentioned on our phone conversation, we are finding a conflict
between our proposed traffic signal poles and the AT&T lines along the west side of Belt Line where our
new public roadway is intersecting. This location is off of Belt Line on the west side of the road between

Dividend Drive and Lakeshore Drive.
Attached is an exhibit that I generated to show how we propose to resolve the conflict. Please refer to
poles P-1 and P-5 for the AT&T conflict. We are proposing to use a 6'x6'x6' block foundation in lieu of the
typical deep pier foundation. This will allow us to form the foundation around the existing utilities and put
in a sleeve around your utility 1.5 times larger than the pipe size to allow you to pull the utility in and out
as needed.
The City has already reviewed this exhibit and the only thing they need in order to release us is an email
or letter or something in writing from the franchise utility companies that you do not have any issues with
this design. Please review the attached exhibit and call me if you have any questions. Otherwise please
provide a response that you are in agreement with the conflict resolution and design.
