Yancey Provident Company (214) 215-9400 v (214) 276-1709 f gregyancey@verizon.net   file://C:\Documents and Settings\radloo\Local Settings\Temp\XPgrpwise\4E778543City_of...3/9/2012 Hi Keith: I had a few disparities in my take-off, but overall, our numbers closely reflect the same quantities Freese had on the 090911 Developer Improvements itemization. Some of these are almost inconsequential financially, but if it isn’t too much trouble to double check them, we would appreciate it. 1. Oncor Design question: Since the two pullboxes (item 25) were required to route conduit through the park for the City’s square improvements (2 transformers), shouldn’t their costs and associated conduits be in the City’s breakdown instead? It looks like Oncor routed the service through the park with the intent of serving only City improvements.
