Upon receipt of your July 19, 1988 letter advising us that all
"punch list" items on the above referenced project have been
completed, we made our final inspection.
The work was reinspected by authorized representatives of the
Engineer and we found all items on the "punch list" to be
satisfactorily completed as of July 29, 1988.
Please ~repare a~' submit contractor's close-out submittals as
indicated in Section 01700 of the contract documents. The one-
year warranty period will begin upon City Council approval.
