Dear Mr. Trando:
Enclosed is a request, along with supporting documents, from Mr.
Searcy Johnson, Jr., 400 Hunter's Ridge Circle, for reimbursement
of costs incurred to relocate sprinklers along Bethel School Road
due to construction.
We have reviewed the documents and the work involved and
recommend payment in the amount of $250.00 be paid as
reimbursement to Mr. Johnson.
The funding should be allocated from the Bethel School Road
funds. Should you have any questions, please contact us.
