We are enclosing one copy each of the certificates of insurance submitted by Fox Contractors, Inc. for the
construction of the Sandy Lake Road Water Line project. This submittal also includes certificates for Circle H
Contractors, Inc. and Southland Contracting, Inc., t~vo of the listed sub-contractors on the project. We have
reviewed the certificates of insurance and find them to be in general conformance ~vith the requirements of the
contract documents.
