Additionally, the water line on Greenridge Drive was found to be
12" diameter, not 6" as indicated on the plans. This line has to
be lowered. The contractor has given us a price of $92/LF for
lowering. The net cost is as follows:
Deduct: 20 LF - 6" lowering (pay item 582.6) x $46.80 = $936.00
Add: 20 LF - 12" lowering x $92/LF = $1840.00
Net Cost (Add) $904.00
