Gentlemen:
A preconstruction meeting was held on Monday, August 10, 1987 at
10:00 a.m., and the following items were mentioned or discussed.
1. Owner is City of Coppell. Engineer is Ginn, Inc., whose
duty is to administer project, make observations, review
shop drawings, etc. Contact person is Gabe Favre. Ed Bell
contact person will be Mike Robbins in the field and Bud
Baker or Tom Bethune in the office.
2. Notice to proceed on or before September 1, 1987...300
calendar day project...Completion date is June 26, 1988.
3. All communication will be through Ginn, Inc.
4. Change Orders.
5. Contractor to provide:

6. Utility company conflicts.

8. Contractor shall comply with all safety practices and codes.
