Gentlemen:
Enclosed for your files are two (2) sets of executed contract
documents for the above referenced project.
You are hereby notified to commence work on the Bethel School
Road Improvements on or before September 1, 1987, and shall fully
complete all of the work within 300 consecutive Calendar days
thereafter. Your completion date is June 26, 1988.
The contract documents provide for an assessment in the sum of
$250.00 per calendar day as liquidated damages for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract
completion date that the work remains incomplete.
