Dear Mr. Ratliff:
On June 23, 1987, the C~uncil approved the awarding of a contract
to Ed Bell for construction of base bid and alternate no. 3 for
the above referenced project.
We have initiated the process of preparing contract documents and
should have those in a very short time. Lone Star Gas should be
completed with the relocation contract by July 10, 1987. We
would anticipate giving a notice to proceed prior to the end of
this month.
We have enclosed a revised cost summary sheet for this project.
