Terry,
I am ok with you postponing the ramps to be built at the time of the home construction. However, it is my
understanding that Cambridge owns several lots, are these lots that are adjacent to the ramps belong to
Holmes builders or Cambridge? The ramps should be built within the 2-year maintenance bond time
period.
