Dear Mr. Favre:
We are scheduled to start construction on May 19, 1987, as we
discussed Friday by telephone. It is my understanding that the City
of Coppell has granted a variance to the d~y boring ordinance for this
job only. We will saw cut all driveways and open t~ench them. This
wlll o~y leave the street ~rossings to be wet bored. Special atten-
tion will be paid to th~se stree~ crossings and a minimum amount of
water used.
We w~ a~o take full responsibi~y for this ope~n. A~
fu~e jobs within the City of Coppell l~ wlll be bid for dry
bo,~Ln~.
All driveways that we cut will be topped with cold mix asphalt
for temporary use.
