"To residents there is not a
magic line as to where Cop-
pell ends and Dallas begins
when it conies to that area,"
he said. "There could be some
great growth around that
area. Time will tell. It is still a
long way off and a lot of hur-
dles still need to be cleared.
But there are a lot of possibil-
ities."
