Also you need to have that large stockpile of material along with the trees that have been piled up and sitting there for months removed before we allow an early release. The bag wall around the headwall will also need to be completed before we allow any building permits to be released.   Last note: you need inlet protection on the all of the inlets.  We will make you clean out the creek prior to final acceptance.   If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience.   thanks, Mike           Michael Garza Engineering Dept. We would like to set the loop and the meter can now.  Is that okay? Larry wanted me to get with you in this. I have attached a copy of the locations of the services along with the proposed site plan and elevation that I sent to Gary Sieb, earlier this week.   At lot 28/A the 1” and 1 ½”services were moved off of Bethel road, and onto Blackburn. They are still in the ROW. I think this was changed was recommended by the city (for safety of the meter reader), during the DRC for lot 28/A. These too would both have 1” meters. I wanted to make sure that was okay with you. All the change will be reflected on our as built plans.       Working Together, Terry Holmes The Holmes Builders 225 E.
