RE: New Tech High School Crosswalk Addition
Reimbursement Request
Dear Mr. Grant:
The crosswalk across Samuel Blvd. service New Tech Hishg School has been completed. Per
our agreement, as stated via email on 10/13/2011, CISD agreed to reimburse the City of Coppell
the cost for adding the crosswalk on Samuel Blvd.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the amount of $2,353.73 and forward the check
to the Engineering Department, 255 Parkway Blvd, along with a copy of this letter.
As previously discussed, we encourage the school to educate the students on the safety of
crossing within the designated crosswalk area. Though this is a marked crosswalk, the students
will still need to make sure it is safe to cross at all times. If you have any questions, please
contact me.
