Dear Mr. Holmes:
This is in regard to our conversation on your property on East Sandy Lake, Monday,
March 19, 2012. Per our conversation, you will provide the City with the following:
Construction Site Notice filed with the state, SWPPP and posted on site, defined no fill
line such as orange construction fence, silt fence or some other device that will prevent
the contractor from filling within the floodplain, and an early grading permit with the
appropriate fees filed with the Engineering Department. Also discussed, was the removal
of the fill material from the floodplain area.
If these items are not complete within 48 hours of receiving this notice, you shall be
subject to fines related to the Coppell subdivision ordinance, erosion control ordinance
and floodplain ordinance.
