1. This change order provides for compensation for finish grading the 32 patio home lots on
Lot 1, Block F, and the 12 patio homes on lot 2, Block G.
2. This change order is based on the plans dated February 1, 2012 by Glenn Engineering.
3. This change shall be total compensation for furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, labor,
survey staking, and other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
