Dear Gabe:
I received the construction plans on the above project
on March 26, 1987. Since the referenced project had not
been placed on the Development Review Committee agenda,
I assumed the forwarded final construction plans were just
for our Engineering files.
Please accept my apologies for responding to your request
at this time. I reviewed your plans, and in my opinion
it is a job well done.
I would like to make the following comments:
1) Please delineate the storm sewer systems on the Drainage Area Map.
2) Please show the hydraulic calculations,
Q100, C, V, S .... on the Storm Sewer Profiles
at joctions and where pipe sizes change.
To avoid any delay on my part, in the future, please provide
me with preliminary construction plans on any project which
you may feel my comments and review are required.
