Enclosed is a copy of the Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment for the water meter and inspections in the amount of $9,070.75 at the time of
pickup of the water meter. Water meters are picked up at the Public Works Service Center, 816 S.
Coppell Road. The meter has already been ordered and we will notify the contractor when it is available.
The City continues to work with the City of Dallas on the Supplemental Water Agreement. Until that
agreement is approved by both Cities, no connection from the water meter to the Dallas side water line will
be allowed. The City is also discussing whether or not wastewater Impact Fees should be assessed. If
assessed, an additional $35,010.00 will also be required before connection to the Dallas side water line.
