Redesign of City parking lot irrigation ($500) /-` \
• Meet with City staff to discuss 'irrigation design
• Revise irrigation plan per direction received from city

• Analyze 10' and 15' alley widths for 100 year storm conveyance ? C - I L-
• Revise paving sheet to reflect new alley limits and driveway tie ins
• Revise Storm Drain Line J sheet to reflect updated alley capacity based on decreasing the paving
width to 15'
• Submit the updated plans to the City for approval
Compensation shall be adjusted as follows:
FNI shall be paid for the services described above a lump sum fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000)

Schedule shall be adjusted as follows:
100% Irrigation plans will be submitted within 2 weeks of meeting. Revised construction drawings will be
submitted within two weeks of receipt of proposed plan by Developer.
The above described services shall proceed upon return of this Contract Change Authorization. Services
will be billed as they are done. All other provisions, terms, and conditions of the agreement for services
which are not expressly amended shall remain in full force and effect.
