The Alpha technician traveled to the above referenced site to monitor on-going work and perform field testing as requested.
While on site the technicain verified plastic sheeting placed 12 inch below the top of a 3 foot moisture conditioned soil at Block
B, Pad 14 & 15 per the recommendation in the project geotechnical repor.
The contractor was informed of all observations and field test results.
