Dear Sir:
Your proposal of February 14, 1985, for the above survey work
has been received and reviewed by this office. Pursuant to
our verbal amendment of February 27, 1985, you are asked to
proceed with this work under the following amended
conditions:
1. In addition to the scope of work of your February 14
proposal, alignment and cross-sections of side streets
shall extend 100' back from intersections with Bethel
School Road. Cross sections and alignment of two
intersecting creeks shall extend a minimum of 100' from
Bethel School Road.
2.This office shall furnish right-of-way information for
the above.
3.The fee for the above work shall not exceed $3.00 per
lineal foot with an approximate fee of $12,000.00.
Please sign and return the enclosed copy of this letter prior
to proceeding with the above work. We look forward to
working with you on this project.
