Dear Mr. Snyder:
We have reviewed your proposals for proposed Change Orders
number 1 and 2, and the August 30, 1988 revision of proposed
Change Order number 1. After due consideration we have decided
to postpone this work until a later date. We appreciate your
efforts to bring the proposals forward in a timely manner.
In our previous discussions, we entertained the possibility of
installation of enough pipe crossing beneath the storm sewer line
"D" to allow the work to proceed as scheduled and still provide
for the connection of the 16" and 8" water line crossings
requested by ABQ Development. This will be unnecessary and you
are hereby notified not to install the abovementioned pipe
crossings.
