Dear John:
Thank you for your letter dated August 19, 1988 responding to
our earlier request for construction of 8-inch water services
to serve ABQ property west of Denton Tap Road and a 16-inch main
at the Parkway Boulevard intersection prior to construction of
roadway improvements. After discussing the potential difficulties
of constructing and maintaining the proposed 8-inch water services
in Denton Tap Road with my client, we would like to amend our
original request for construction of water lines as follows:

Tap Road at the Parkway Boulevard intersection such that
extension of water mains north and south adjacent to
Denton Tap Road and west in Parkway Boulevard will not
require removal of concrete pavement in Denton Tap Road
or at the turnout, if constructed, for Parkway Boulevard
West.
2. Please delete our request for 8-inch water services at
Denton Tap Road Stations 186+70 and 195+00.
3. Please proceed with a change order to add an 8-inch water
service under the proposed roadway at Denton Tap Road
Station 182+30.
ABQ has agreed to construct an 8-inch water line along their
property frontage on the west side of Denton Tap Road south of
Parkway Boulevard. This construction will be performed when
required to provide adequate water service to future developments
on the west side of Denton Tap Road within the Parks of Coppell.

Please provide me with your pricing information to construct
the 8-inch water service at Roadway Station 182+30 when it is
available. We understand that this cost is the responsibility
of ABQ Development Corporation. If you need any other
