It appears chat I need to receive a summary of the easements received
and added Right-of-Way needed now or in the future to get Denton Tap
Road Co the width needed for our purpose for that facility. (i.e. Major
Thoroughfare).
I've had a number of conversations about these easements and the needed
R.O.W., etc. Just lately I have had a conversation with Joe Bob Fikes,
and he is concerned about the roadway assessments and the taking of the
ten (10) feet of R.O.W. later.
Please include in your summary any and all information and dates from
your files pertinent to the project and situation. I am told that when
the Bond Program was passed, the assessment per foot was to he $65 to
$80, (and it may be double that by now).
Please provide the Council's action , and the other relevant back-up
materials. (i.e. Council items packet - I can get the minutes after
receiving your s,,mmary, if you don't have them).
Include the events such as the meetings with the Landowners, dates,
results, listing of executed easements, etc.
