Dear Mr. Terrell:
We are in receipt of your August 26, 1986 letter and acknowledge
August 7, 1986, as the substantial completion date for the above
referenced project.
Please proceed with scheduling a final walk-thru with our
inspectors and the City of Coppell as soon as possible.
Prior to final payment being issued, the City of Coppell
requires certain items to be submitted as per the Contract
Documents and Specifications, Division One, Section 01700,
"Contract Closeout." Please pursue these items at your earliest
convenience. Later this week we shall be sending you mylar
sepias of the construction plans for which you can provide the
City the as-built information. The City requires these to be
stamped "As-Builts" and requires the original plans with two
blue line prints be returned.
The City of Coppell and Ginn, Inc. have appreciated your
cooperation on this project and have enjoyed working with you
and your staff. Please call us if you have any questions.
