Dear Mr. Newsom:
You are hereby notified to commence work on the above referenced
project on or before June 30, 1986, and shall fully complete all
of the work within 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
Your completion date is October 28, 1986.
The contract documents provide for an assessment in the sum of
$500.00 per calendar day as liquidated damages for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract
completion date that the work remains incomplete.
