The Claim Against the City by Mr. Peter Tee Klan-Boon
October 2, 1992
On October 2, 1992, I spoke with Wayne Ginn, of The Ginn Corporation, concerning the claim
filed by Mr. Klan-Boon on September 14, 1989 against the City of Coppell concerning the
Denton Tap project. Wayne Ginn stated that he had no knowledge of the claim. Therefore, I
contacted Mike Lacy, of L. H. Lacy, who was the contractor on this project about the claim.
I am in the process of sending information to Mike Lacy, so that he can respond as to why t.his
claim was not resolved in 1989. I have requested a timely response from Mr. Lacy. When the
response has been received, I will follow-up this memo with the current status of the claim.
